Tire change for the Qvale: CarmaCars does not do this work itself. Request it and we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one, and we can deliver a rental car to you while yours is in.
A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

The Qvale: Tire change
The Qvale and tire work: CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop, and never does the work itself. Tires are swapped, balanced and checked for wear, and the shop sets its own price and time.
Details the shop needs
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
From request to repair
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You approve the shop's quote before any work. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
Stay on the road
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
Good habits for your car
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
Questions first?
Send the car's details and the job, and we take the next step.
Request tire change
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
