Tire shop for the Eagle
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work, but for tire work on the Eagle we arrange a trusted shop. Tires are swapped, balanced and checked for wear, and the shop sets its own price and time.
Your car, your notes
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
Who does what
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
A car meanwhile
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Before the shop starts
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
Good habits for your car
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Let us know
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request tire shop
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
