The Karma: Tire shop
Need tire work for the Karma? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. Tread depth matters for grip in rain and snow; the shop measures it.
Your car, your notes
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
Who does what
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
Your rental while you wait
A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Before the shop starts
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
Small things that help
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
One more step
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request tire shop
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
