CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

The RUF: Tire shop
Tire shop for the RUF: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. Tread depth matters for grip in rain and snow; the shop measures it.
Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
What to send us
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
Your rental while you wait
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Car care, briefly
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
What to ask
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Talk to a person
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request tire shop
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
