Towing for the Acura
For a tow on the Acura, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
Details the shop needs
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
Who does what
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. You approve the shop's quote before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Stay on the road
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Car care, briefly
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
A short checklist
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
Ready to ask?
Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
