Arranging the work for the A3
Towing for your 2020 Audi A3: arranged with a trusted shop, never done by CarmaCars, with a rental if you need one. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
About your A3
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the A3. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Its powertrain is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with front-wheel drive.
How the request works
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Small things that help
Look at the tire tread before long trips. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
A short checklist
If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
Get an offer
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
