Arranging the work for the A4
For a tow on the 2015 Audi A4, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
About your A4
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the A4. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with front-wheel drive and an automatic (CVT).
What we arrange
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
Your rental while you wait
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Car care, briefly
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
Talking to the shop
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Still deciding?
Need a rental too? Add it to the same request.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
