The 2015 Audi A7: Towing
Your 2015 Audi A7 needs a tow? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
Details the shop needs
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop the year, the trim and the engine: the 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo. Its powertrain is the 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo with all-wheel drive.
The steps
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
A car while yours is in the shop
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Between shop visits
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
Let us know
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
