Towing: how we help
Towing for the 2023 Audi A8: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Before the shop sees your A8
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the A8. If you have the service history of your A8, have it ready for the shop. Power: the 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo hybrid; drive: all-wheel drive.
What we arrange
Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
A car while yours is in the shop
We collect the rental when your car is back. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Between shop visits
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
Ready to ask?
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
