Arranging the work for the S3
For a tow on the 2016 Audi S3, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Your car, your notes
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the S3. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Under the hood: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo and all-wheel drive.
Who does what
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
Stay on the road
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Small things that help
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
Over to you
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
