The 2020 Audi S5: Towing
CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For a tow on the 2020 Audi S5, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
Your S5 and the shop
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the S5. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. The 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo is what moves it, with all-wheel drive.
The steps
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
A short checklist
Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
Good habits for your car
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
Send a request
Ask in your request, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
