Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Car care, briefly
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
Before the shop starts
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
