Arranging the work for the X6
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For a tow on the BMW X6, we connect you with a trusted shop. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Your car, your notes
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the X6. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. If you have the service history of your X6, have it ready for the shop.
How we help
You approve the shop's quote before any work. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
Stay on the road
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Before the shop starts
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
Good habits for your car
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
Ready when you are
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
