The Buick Riviera: Towing
Towing for your Buick Riviera: arranged with a trusted shop, never done by CarmaCars, with a rental if you need one. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
Details the shop needs
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Riviera. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
The steps
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
A car meanwhile
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Small things that help
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
What to ask
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Make a request
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
Rent a car while yours is in in Toronto
