Towing: how we help
Searching for towing for the 2002 Chrysler Intrepid? CarmaCars does not do this work itself; we arrange it with a trusted shop. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
About your Intrepid
If you have the service history of your Intrepid, have it ready for the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
How the request works
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Stay on the road
A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
What to ask
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Between shop visits
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
Send a request
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
