The 2004 Dodge Caravan: Towing
For a tow on the 2004 Dodge Caravan, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
The steps
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Keep moving meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Between shop visits
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
Questions to ask the shop
If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Let us know
Ask, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
