The Environmental Rsch and Devp: Towing
Your Environmental Rsch and Devp needs a tow? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Details the shop needs
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
How the arrangement works
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
A rental while you wait
The rental is priced like any other on our site. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
What to ask
Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
Between shop visits
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
Talk to a person
A short request starts it: the car, the problem, and when suits you.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
