Before the shop sees your 500
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the 500. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
Your rental while you wait
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. The rental is priced like any other on our site. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Small things that help
Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
