The steps
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
A car meanwhile
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Car care, briefly
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
Ask us
Start with the car, the job and your location.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
