Towing: how we help
For a tow on the 1990 Ford A9513, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
Before the shop sees your A9513
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
How the arrangement works
Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
Keep moving meanwhile
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Small things that help
Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
What to ask
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
One more step
One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
