Arranging the work for the WCS
Need a tow for the 1985 GMC WCS? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
Your WCS and the shop
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the WCS. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
What CarmaCars does here
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
A rental while you wait
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Car care, briefly
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
A short checklist
Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Send a request
Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
