About your Insight
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Insight. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
How the request works
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Car care, briefly
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Talking to the shop
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
