Arranging the work for the Pilot

Need a tow for your Honda Pilot? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it with a trusted shop and keep you driving meanwhile. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Details the shop needs

The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.

From request to repair

We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.

A rental while you wait

Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.

Car care, briefly

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

When you know your dates

Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.

Request towing

Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
