Arranging the work for the Tucson

CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For a tow on the 2022 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate, we connect you with a trusted shop. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Before the shop sees your Tucson

Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Tucson. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. It is powered by the 2.5L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive.

How the request works

Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.

What to ask

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Good habits for your car

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
