Arranging the work for the XE
Towing for the Jaguar XE: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
Your car, your notes
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the XE. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
From request to repair
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Good habits for your car
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
A short checklist
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Over to you
Send the car's details and the job, and we take the next step.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
