Towing: how we help
Searching for towing for the 2016 Lexus ES? CarmaCars does not do this work itself; we arrange it with a trusted shop. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
About your ES
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The 2.5L 4-cylinder hybrid is what moves it, with front-wheel drive.
How we help
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
Stay on the road
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Small things that help
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
Talking to the shop
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
Still deciding?
Send the car's details and the job, and we take the next step.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
