Towing for the 2009 Lexus LS
For a tow on the 2009 Lexus LS, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Before the shop sees your LS
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the LS. The engine is the 5.0L 8-cylinder hybrid, with all-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic.
What to send us
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Talking to the shop
Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Between shop visits
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
Want a price?
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
