Towing for the 2022 Lexus LS
Your 2022 Lexus LS needs a tow? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it and rent you a car meanwhile. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
Details the shop needs
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the LS. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. The 3.5L 6-cylinder hybrid does the work, through an automatic (CVT).
Our part and the shop's part
We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
Between shop visits
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
Your move
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
