Towing: how we help
CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For a tow on the 2018 Lexus NX, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
Your car, your notes
Tell the shop the year, the trim and the engine: the 2.5L 4-cylinder hybrid. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Its 2.5L 4-cylinder hybrid drives through an automatic (CVT).
From request to repair
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
Your rental while you wait
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Between shop visits
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Before the shop starts
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
Questions first?
Send a request: the car, the problem and when suits you.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
