Arranging the work for the RC
Towing for the 2020 Lexus RC: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
About your RC
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Tell the shop the year, the trim and the engine: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo. Its 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo drives through an 8-speed automatic.
How the request works
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
Your rental while you wait
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Before the shop starts
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
Between shop visits
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Questions first?
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
