Towing: how we help
Towing for your 2019 Mazda 2: arranged with a trusted shop, never done by CarmaCars, with a rental if you need one. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Your 2 and the shop
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the 2. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Tell the shop the year, the trim and the engine: the 1.5L 4-cylinder. Its powertrain is the 1.5L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive.
From request to repair
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work.
A rental while you wait
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Between shop visits
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Getting a clear quote
Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Let us know
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
