Towing: how we help
For a tow on the 2020 Mazda 2, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Your car, your notes
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Tell the shop the year, the trim and the engine: the 1.5L 4-cylinder. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. The 1.5L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at.
What CarmaCars does here
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Your rental while you wait
The rental is priced like any other on our site. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
A short checklist
Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Between shop visits
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
Ask us
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
