Towing: how we help
For a tow on your Mazda CX-3, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
Before the shop sees your CX-3
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the CX-3. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
The steps
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
A rental while you wait
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
A short checklist
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Between shop visits
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Your move
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
