Arranging the work for the MPV
Need a tow for the 2002 Mazda MPV? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
Details the shop needs
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. If you have the service history of your MPV, have it ready for the shop. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The 3.0L 6-cylinder with front-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at.
Who does what
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
Driving while yours is at the shop
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
A short checklist
Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Good habits for your car
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
When you know your dates
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
