Towing for the 1996 Mazda MX-5
For a tow on your 1996 Mazda MX-5, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
Details the shop needs
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
How the request works
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Talking to the shop
If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
Small things that help
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
Your move
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
