Towing: how we help
Towing for the 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
Your car, your notes
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The powertrain here is the 2.4L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive and a 5-speed manual.
What CarmaCars does here
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
Stay on the road
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
A short checklist
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
Good habits for your car
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Questions first?
Start with the car, the job and your location.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
Rent a car while yours is in in Toronto
