Arranging the work for the Versa Note
Your Nissan Versa Note needs a tow? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.
About your Versa Note
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Versa Note. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
What CarmaCars does here
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Between shop visits
Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
A short checklist
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Start with the car, the job and your location.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
