Towing: how we help
Towing for your PAS Inc - GMC: arranged with a trusted shop, never done by CarmaCars, with a rental if you need one. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Details the shop needs
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
Our part and the shop's part
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Getting a clear quote
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
Between shop visits
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
Let us know
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
