How the arrangement works
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
Your rental while you wait
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Between shop visits
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
Before the shop starts
If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
