The Porsche 911: Towing
Need a tow for the Porsche 911? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
Your 911 and the shop
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
How the arrangement works
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Talking to the shop
Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Small things that help
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Questions first?
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
Rent a car while yours is in in Toronto
