About your LW2
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
How the request works
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
What to ask
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Between shop visits
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Next step
Send the car's details and the job, and we take the next step.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
