Arranging the work for the SL2
For a tow on the Saturn SL2, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Details the shop needs
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the SL2. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
What to send us
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. You approve the shop's quote before any work. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Good habits for your car
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Over to you
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
