Towing: how we help
Towing for the Scion xD: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Before the shop sees your xD
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
What to send us
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You approve the shop's quote before any work. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
Keep moving meanwhile
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Between shop visits
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Getting a clear quote
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Still deciding?
A short request starts it: the car, the problem, and when suits you.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
