Towing for the Sterling 827
Your Sterling 827 needs a tow? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.
Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
What to send us
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Getting a clear quote
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Small things that help
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
Let us know
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
