The Vinfast VF 9: Towing
Your Vinfast VF 9 needs a tow? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
Details the shop needs
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. If you have the service history of your VF 9, have it ready for the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
How the arrangement works
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
A car while yours is in the shop
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
A short checklist
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
Between shop visits
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
Next step
One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
