Your car, your notes
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
What to send us
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
A rental while you wait
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Getting a clear quote
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
Good habits for your car
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
