Towing: how we help
Towing for the 1985 Volvo WHEB: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
Your WHEB and the shop
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
What we arrange
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. You approve the shop's quote before any work. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
A car while yours is in the shop
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Getting a clear quote
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Small things that help
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Ready to ask?
One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
