Turo alternative: BMW 528e

The BMW 528e: Turo alternative

Turo alternative: the BMW 528e. Here is the car in plain words, and how renting one from CarmaCars works. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

Reading the spec sheet

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Size and space

As a car, it is easy to drive and park in the city.

Best uses

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Getting one from us

Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.

How renting with us works

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

The rules, briefly

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
