Checking your details

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

How to book

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
