Every Buick Rainier year
The Buick Rainier: Turo alternative
For a rental car, here is what the Buick Rainier brings, and how to request one. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
Engine and fuel
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
Is it right for your trip?
It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.
Inside and out
Being an SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well.
Renting the Rainier from CarmaCars
Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Driver requirements
You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.
You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
Booking in plain terms
First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.
Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
Want a price?
Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.

Can I rent a Buick Rainier in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
